RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want every order to meet your expectations. If the item does not suit you for any reason, you can request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITHIN UKRAINE

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date the order arrives at your chosen Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker.

Returns and exchanges are available without providing a reason, provided that the item:

• remains in its original condition;
• has not been worn or used;
• has all original tags and labels attached;
• has no damage or defects caused after receiving the order.

All shipping costs related to a return or exchange are covered by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item, we inspect its condition. If all return requirements are met, the refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside Ukraine.
